Online Booking

All bookings are via my online booking system.

This allows you to take control of when you are having your sessions, as all my availability is online for the foreseeable future.

With the exception of Hypnotic Gastric Band, Stopping Smoking and Hypnobirthing, all other sessions are available to book via the link below.

Your booking confirmation email has embedded in it the link to your Zoom session (if you are seeing me online) and the ability to rearrange or cancel your session.

Please note:
48 hours is expected, less than 48 hours notice and cancellation fees are incurred.

Reminder emails and text messages are sent 48 hours before your appointment.
Please do not book more than one session a week.
