Initial Consultation £75

This is an information-gathering session for you and me. It is an opportunity to determine how I can help you move forward and explain how Hypnotherapy will work for you.

Please note that no hypnotherapy occurs during this session.

At Aughton Hypnotherapy, we will work quickly together; you can expect to see results within 8-12 sessions. Sometimes less and sometimes more, as everyone is unique and our brains work differently.
You will know when you no longer need to continue to see me, and I cannot tell you exactly how many sessions it will take to help you; it is not a ‘one size fits all’ treatment.

General Hypnotherapy sessions last no more than 50 minutes, and you can expect the first half to be the Psychotherapy (the talking) part and the 2nd half to be the Hypnotherapy part (deep relaxation)

Phobias generally require a minimum of four sessions, including the initial consultation; however, the number of sessions you need will be determined at your first session, and a general recommendation will be made.

All clients require an Initial Consultation before treatment.
