Following an Initial Consultation, you may decide to invest in a number of sessions and take advantage of the discount they offer:

6 Sessions for £400 (Usually £420)*

8 Sessions for £500 (Usually £560)*

10 Sessions for £600 (Usually £700)*

PAYG is available to book via the online booking system or at the end of each session if you prefer.

This is an information-gathering session for both you and me and an opportunity to determine how I can help you move forward and explain how Hypnotherapy will work for you.

Please note that no hypnotherapy occurs during this session.

At Aughton Hypnotherapy, we work quickly; you can expect to see results within 8-12 sessions. Sometimes less and sometimes more, as everyone is unique and our brains work differently.
You will know when you no longer need to continue to see me, and I cannot tell you exactly how many sessions it will take to help you; it is not a ‘one size fits all’ treatment.

General Hypnotherapy sessions last no more than 1 hour, and you can expect the first half to be the Psychotherapy (the talking) part and the 2nd half to be the Hypnotherapy part (deep relaxation)

Phobias generally take a minimum of 4 one-hour-long sessions inclusive of the initial consultation; however, how many sessions you need will be determined at your first session, and a general recommendation will be made.

All clients require an Initial Consultation before treatment.
