We can all experience stress and anxiety in our lives. It is a normal response to something we may or may not perceive as a ‘crisis’ event.
It is useful to know that events in our lives don’t necessarily create anxiety; however, the negative thinking we experience at the time of the event does.
It can become overwhelming, and it can start to affect our sleep, our daily lives, our relationships, and how we cope with life in general.

This is where solution focused hypnotherapy can be beneficial and help you get back to the real you.

Each session lasts no more than an hour and comprises Psychotherapy (the talking part) and Hypnotherapy (a lovely relaxation part). Hypnotherapy is not stage Hypnosis. I won’t be making you think you’re a chicken (unless you want to, that is!); it involves trance, which is very easy for you to achieve and something we all do every day when we are driving a car or out having a run, sat on the bus, watching TV or daydreaming and it is a really easy thing for you to achieve.

Phobias are generally treated in 4 sessions. However, this is determined during the first session, and if I recommend more than four sessions, it is so that we can ensure that your treatment is as successful as possible.

The Stop Smoking session is a stand-alone 2-hour long session.
