My clinic hours are:
Monday, 9 am – 4 pm
Tuesday, 9 am – 9 pm
Thursday, 9 am – 9 pm
Friday, 9 am – 4 pm.
Wednesdays are a non-clinic day where I often speak to my supervisees or am in my office catching up on admin 9 am – 5 pm.

Initial Consultation
This is an information-gathering session for both you and me and an opportunity for me to determine how I can help you move forward and explain how Hypnotherapy will work for you.
Please note that no hypnotherapy occurs during this session.

At Aughton Hypnotherapy, we work quite quickly; you can expect results within 8-12 sessions. Sometimes less and sometimes more, as everyone is unique and our brains work differently.
You will know when you no longer need to continue to see me, and I cannot tell you exactly how many sessions it will take to help you. It is not a ‘one size fits all’ treatment.
General Hypnotherapy sessions last no more than 1 hour, and you can expect the first half to be the Psychotherapy (the talking) part and the 2nd half to be the Hypnotherapy part (deep relaxation)
Phobias generally take a minimum of 4 one-hour-long sessions inclusive of the initial consultation, however how many sessions you need will be determined at your first session, and a general recommendation will be made.
All clients require an Initial Consultation before treatment.
